Company Hemofarm has build a new hig-bay warehouse in Obninsk near Moscow, RF for storing raw materials and end products. Gorenje INDOPS and Iskra Impuls have designed technologic equipment for material transfer to / from and within the warehouse. The warehouse consist of 4 aisles and several input / output stations, including conveyors, lifting tables and shuttle car. Two curve-going storahe retrieval machines are operating in the aisles, each has access to every aisle. Iskra Impuls has designed control equipment for the machines, provided PLC level software and commissioning not only for the two SRMs, but also for the conveyor system. The Iskra material flow system communicates with the company SAP. One of the special features of the project was a very demanding validation according to standards in the pharmaceutic industry.
